Text Summarizer
Text Summarizer to speed up writing and content work — private and instant.
Expand short bullet notes into full sentences using a fixed template — a quick scaffold to edit, not AI writing.
Your browser is preparing the tool. It runs 100% locally.
The Text Expander takes short notes or bullet points and wraps each one in the same fixed two-sentence frame, joining them into a paragraph. It is a template, not an AI writer: every point gets identical wording, and the frame assumes you are describing a tool or product. Treat the output as a rough scaffold to rewrite, not finished copy. It runs entirely in your browser.
It turns a few terse bullets into draft sentences, so you have prose to react to instead of a blank page. Each bullet is dropped into a ready-made sentence that introduces the point and says why it matters.
It is deliberately mechanical. Because every bullet uses the same frame, the output is repetitive by design — it is a starting scaffold you are expected to rewrite, not polished writing.
Type your points one per line, press Expand, and each line is poured into the fixed template and joined into a single paragraph.
It all runs in your browser with plain JavaScript — no model, no upload, no account. The same template is applied every time, so the result is fully predictable.
For each bullet line, it outputs:
One key point is that the tool is [point]. This matters because it
directly improves the experience for everyday users who value [point] above all.'- fast' → One key point is that the tool is fast. This matters because it directly improves the experience for everyday users who value fast above all.Every bullet uses this same frame, so several bullets read very repetitively — treat the output as a first draft to rewrite.
Your notes are expanded in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing you type is uploaded, stored or logged.
There is no account and no history — refresh the page and the text is cleared.
| Input | Short notes or bullets, one per line |
|---|---|
| Output | A fixed two-sentence expansion per point |
| Template | Identical wording for every bullet |
| Assumes | You are describing a tool or product |
| Model | None — a fixed text template |
| Processing | 100% in-browser |
Every bullet is wrapped in the same two-sentence frame, so expanding several points produces visibly repetitive text. It is a starting scaffold, not polished writing.
The template hard-codes the phrase the tool is, so it assumes your notes describe a tool or product. Notes about anything else will read awkwardly until you rewrite them.
When your phrase is echoed in the second sentence, digits and punctuation are removed, so a bullet like 750ml shows up as ml in that spot.
This is a fixed text template, not a language model. It cannot judge tone, vary its phrasing or add real detail, so plan to edit the result heavily.
When you have a few bullet points but cannot start the prose, the template gives you sentences to react to and rewrite.
Turn product bullets into rough draft sentences for a description you will then polish; it pairs with the Product Description Helper.
The repetitive, padded output is a useful 'before' example for showing students how to tighten writing.
Drop in stand-in sentences while you design a layout, then swap them for the real text later.
For the reverse — turning prose into bullets — use the Bullet Point Generator. To tighten wordy text, use the Paragraph Rewriter or Text Simplifier. For product copy, the Product Description Helper is a better starting point.
Documented against this tool's own code: it wraps each bullet in one fixed two-sentence template and strips non-letters from the repeated phrase — so the page is honest that the output is a repetitive scaffold to edit, not generated prose.
